The appellant Milton Gordon, an attorney and a partner in the law firm of Gordon & Myers, with offices located in Montgomery County, Maryland, was convicted of embezzlement on October 4, 1967 by a jury in the Circuit Court for Somerset County, the trial having been removed to that jurisdiction from the Circuit Court for Montgomery County at appellants request. He was sentenced to five years under the jurisdiction of the Department of Correction.
