Order By order of November 29, 1989, the application for leave to appeal as cross-appellant was held in abeyance pending the decision in Old Orchard by the Bay Associates v Hamilton Mutual Insurance Co (Docket No. 82516). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on March 20, 1990, 434 Mich 244 (1990), the application is again considered, and it is GRANTED. The parties are directed to include among the issues to be briefed: (1) was it improper for the arbitrators to include interest as part of the award, (2) what interest rate applies under MCL 438.7; MSA 19.4 following entry of the arbitration award, and (3) at what point, if at all, is interest governed by MCL 600.6013; MSA 27A.6013. The motion to strike is DENIED.
